Rebecca Cookson

Rebecca has been studying Flamenco dance since 1995 and has performed on stage in numerous festivals and private events with other local dancers of Christchurch. 16 years of dancing included a trip to Granada’s Escuela Carmen de las Cuevas. An important influence of her style has come from Patagonian born professional dancer and teacher, Margot Rodriguez-Childerstone.

 

Simone Hamblett

Simone joined Rebecca three years ago and started with Sevillanas. She is a teacher of Eurythmic dance at the Rudolf Steiner School in Christchurch.

 

Felizitas Knitsch

Student of Flamenco and Sociology, has started Flamenco dance in Spain on her student exchange in 2009.
